Yeah, when I get that feeling, I listen and in the end, I always know why it was meant for me.

BUTTERFLIES 

At a very early age, I felt a closeness to the butterfly. I remember being enchanted by their graceful movements and vibrant colors. Sitting quietly on a summer’s day I would observe the markings and delicacy of their wings, antennae, and legs. I was content to see them flutter in the air. They were like bright birds of joy. I always believed, there’s was something more about them, but what?? Is there someone who wants to tell me something?? This is no coincidence anymore!!

Symbolic in so many ways, the butterfly represents new life.

It is the symbol of the soul. 🙂

In freedom, they float through the winds, softly touching the things of this life, making their mark on the world.

With grace and beauty, soft and peaceful, the butterfly captures my attention.

A butterfly’s life is short lived however only lasting a season, but during that time it transforms.

Just as the seasons of life, we are evolving and changing.

And a Butterfly is born.

The butterfly symbolizes a certain freedom. Independent from restrictions, worries, and the slow moving paces of the caterpillar, the butterfly stretches their wings and takes flight.

Carrying itself along life’s paths traveling to certain destinies, the butterfly is graceful and in peace. After living a life as a caterpillar, it becomes something so wonderfully beautiful.

The Butterfly guides you to be sensitive to your personal cycles of expansion and growth, as well as the beauty of life’s continuous unfolding. An important message carried by the spirit of the butterfly is about the ability to go through important changes with grace and lightness.

Some of us look for a little inspiration somewhere, either be it a close friend, a colleague, family member like a brother or sister or from a complete stranger whom you have never met, may never meet….or maybe you did in another life and their words are still inspiring. I believe in the latter and why not?

I am always inspired by quotes. Some might say I’m a bit obsessed but that’s just their opinion. At times, it’s the truth you just needed to hear FOR YOURSELF or just the words to make a situation or someone make sense to you. For whatever reason, I love reading, collecting or sharing them.

On the path of transformation…..

   A few days ago, a dear friend assisted me on my way to practicing Reiki. She performed my attunement I Level. What a profound feeling…..I was excited……..with just my Reiki Master/Teacher and myself only present this special day.

It was the most enjoyable and powerful spiritual experience I have had with her among many. During the attunement, I was aware of an opening in my Third Eye Chakra. Once I returned home I was already experiencing affects to my physical body as well as the mind and emotions. I had what seemed to be allergy problems a few days prior to this day and the symptoms intensified for 18 hours following the first attunement. After that, the allergies no longer were a problem after Self-healing. l was also experiencing a cleansing of toxins in my body and those old, un-warranted and unwanted fears miraculously disappeared. I feel stronger and more in control of MY life than ever before. I have this Calmness that I just adore. I also received a message with a special prayer from my guide, Michael who is always by my side. 

WHAT IS REIKI? You might ask…….Reiki is a connection with the ever-flowing light energy of the universe. In and of itself, Reiki is the greatest teacher for those who are willing to listen and learn. Much more will be gained through your actual experience as you move through life than could ever be written or described. As you move into the natural energy flow of this wonderful healing, illuminating, balancing, energizing and revealing energy, this manual will take on a deeper and deeper meaning.

            REIKI is pronounced “Ray-Key.”

            REI is the Japanese word that means “universal” and is also a reference to the higher dimension of light and the soul.

            KI is the Japanese word that means the vital life force energy that interpenetrates and connects all.
